Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one Taco Bell location under our brand standards. You will coach a motivated team, manage P&L, control labor and inventory, and ensure a safe, high-quality guest experience.

You will recruit and train talent, resolve conflicts, and align operations with corporate initiatives while driving sales and profits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability by recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
• Lead with purpose to deliver consistent customer experiences and drive results.
• Manage labor, food supply, and health and safety standards to meet brand protocols.
