Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one location and uphold brand standards. You will drive customer satisfaction, profit, and a motivated team in a hands-on leadership role.

Expect to recruit, train, and coach staff, optimize labor and inventory, and deliver a safe, high-energy dining environment across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment, with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.

Responsabilités

• Lead with purpose and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop a robust bench of managers and team members.
• Manage labor scheduling, food supply, and health/safety standards.
• Drive profit through cash control and inventory management.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
