Job summary

Team Lyders owns Taco Bell locations and seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one site within brand standards, driving profits, guest satisfaction, and a motivated team.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, labor, food safety, inventory, and training; recruit and mentor staff; and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while delivering consistent service that aligns with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR/retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building ability.
• Passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Energetic, proactive leader who drives results.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

• Monitor performance and coach toward growth targets.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
