Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one location within our brand standards and policies. You will set the tone for excellence and coach a motivated team to deliver fast, friendly service and consistent quality.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training teams, building a strong bench of managers, overseeing labor and food cost, ensuring health and safety, resolving issues with guests, and driving sales and profits through sound decision-making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building track record.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek including evenings, weekends and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and lead with purpose; recruit and train top-tier talent.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Be a culture champion and uphold brand values and standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including labor scheduling, food supply and health & safety compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff to exceed service expectations.
• Manage Profit & Loss through cash control, inventory, and labor optimization.
• Monitor sales and operational performance and drive growth targets.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
