Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for Hardee’s in Red Springs, NC. You will lead the restaurant team, drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and grow sales and profit with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Ability to lead and train talent
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train the management team and crew using current training system. Evaluate performance and design development plans.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management team and crew. Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
