You will lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold quality, service, and safety standards while driving profitable results. Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew; provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and reports in compliance with regulations; ensure cash procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and quality standards are met at all times.
