Job summary

Smashburger is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders and crew, ensuring staffing, onboarding and policy compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage labor, inventory and operating costs, adjust staffing based on sales trends, and drive local marketing initiatives to grow the business and community presence.

Qualifications

• 1 years of Restaurant General Manager experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead and coach restaurant teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
