Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and optimize labor costs.
• Train management and crew using current training system and evaluate performance.
• Lead, coach, and discipline staff; maintain a cooperative working relationship.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, safety, and promotions; ensure food quality and cleanliness.
