Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to meet physical requirements.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to lead and train teams; strong communication and delegation skills.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff and schedule to meet guest demand.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain inventory, food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
