Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train management and crew and evaluate performance.
• Maintain inventories and ensure food safety, quality and cleanliness.
