Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and reliable, cheerful attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in absence of the GM.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and maintain service.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under guidance of GM.
• Maintain inventory and ensure food cost controls.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies.
