Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment to lead operations and deliver a memorable Guest experience. You will guide team members, onboard new staff, and cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects Popeyes’ Cajun Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for growth within the organization, with a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Management experience in the QSR industry.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal/state employment laws.
• Demonstrated success in financial management and people development.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
