Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operation of our restaurant, ensuring quality products and superior service. The role covers product preparation, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, team leadership, recruiting and financial accountability.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience elsewhere, plus strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and the ability to interpret Profit and Loss

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept.
• Recommended by current Area Manager.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate and analyze data.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Must interpret Profit and Loss statements.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, team management and financial accountability.
• Oversee quality of products and services to customers.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
