Popeyes is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the kitchen and overall restaurant operations. You’ll own performance, culture, and standards, partnering with the District Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and developing leaders while ensuring profitable operations and brand integrity in a fast-paced Louisiana kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred).
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the restaurant by driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Set the guest experience standard through fast, friendly service and issue resolution.
• Build and develop leaders by hiring, coaching, and supporting management and hourly teams.
• Manage labor, inventory, compliance, and local engagement to protect brand and performance.
