Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will drive daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure quality control across food preparation and service.

Your role includes supervising onboarding, optimizing schedules, and maintaining store standards while motivating the team to achieve targets and uphold Popeyes’ brand promise.

Qualifications

• Prior food service/kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4–10 hours).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service standards and kitchen execution to ensure quality and speed.
• Oversee onboarding of new team members, interviewing and scheduling.
• Review daily sales, labor, and costs; manage weekly food orders and forecasts.
• Set and monitor weekly schedules; ensure timely POS/PA updates and reporting.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, and organized BOH/FOH areas.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective P&L management.
