Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communicator with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
