Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with Profit and Loss Statements.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to reach/move items up to 6 feet and down to 6 inches.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Train and ensure colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Develop a productive team with direction, supervision, and positive change.
• Complete daily/weekly/period-end paperwork as directed by area supervisor or market director.
• Schedule, order food, and manage product projections and equipment.
• Execute shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions to boost sales.
