Job summary

Little Caesars general manager will lead day-to-day restaurant operations, planning and executing strategies to meet production, inventory, personnel, sales, and financial goals.

The role emphasizes adherence to corporate guidelines, customer service excellence, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. It also covers staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 – Years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
• DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage and control all operational activities of the restaurant.
• Oversee restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance within corporate guidelines.
