Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a quick service restaurant or 1 year in a full-service restaurant.
• Preferred minimum age of 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and cost control.
• Strong management, team building and communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work a 50-hour week under pressure.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Meet Apricus Background Verification guidelines.
• Eligible to work in the United States (USCIS requirement).

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains and evaluates team members by following SCORES materials and guidelines.
• Develops a productive team through direction and supervision, using effective communication and delegation.
• Manages cost control and completes daily, weekly and period-end paperwork per District Manager.
• Oversees labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections; maintains equipment and daily service.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and Little Caesars policies and procedures.
• Implements local store marketing events and promotions to boost sales.
