Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Proven leadership and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, order and develop the restaurant team members.
• Control profit and loss with cash, inventory, labor and reports.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, health codes and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and high guest satisfaction; manage budgets.
• Oversee marketing program execution and franchise standards.
