Responsibilities include recruiting and developing employees, onboarding and training, scheduling, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. A strong leader with communication skills and a commitment to excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong math and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and build a strong team delivering great food and hospitality.
• Find, hire, and develop employees and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the Team, address performance issues, and manage customer issues.
• Oversee budget and financial plans to drive restaurant performance.
