Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Experience as General Manager in the restaurant industry.
• Strong personal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid talent- and performance-management skills.
• Guest-friendly demeanor.
• Willing to work a 50-hour schedule per week.
• Must pass a background check.
• Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Team: hire and onboard Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans and supervise managers and trainers.
• Ensure training and development plans are executed.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and team one-on-ones.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze financial performance and manage restaurant budget.
