Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a General Manager to oversee all people and operations at a restaurant, ensuring great food and service for customers. You will lead shift managers and crew, driving continuous improvement on every shift and fostering a family-like team culture.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of leadership experience in food service, a high school diploma or some college, and a strong knowledge of food safety standards. Flexibility to meet business needs is essential.

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of two to three years of experience leading people. Food Industry Experience Preferred.
• High School or some College Education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible to work with the needs of the Business.

You're willing and able to:

• Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
• Stand for prolonged periods, bend, and kneel and be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset and understand restaurant equipment from a grill to registers and computers.
