Hardees of Harlan is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team. You will oversee guest experience, food quality, safety, and profitability, while coaching staff to deliver consistent standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to manage guest flow and labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew using current training system.
• Maintain product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage cash and cash procedures.
• Maintain inventory and vendor relationships.
• Lead and motivate team, resolve guest complaints.
