Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its Hardees location in Virginia. You will lead the restaurant team, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, and strive to exceed company service goals.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must love leading and developing talent.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train the management team and crew using current training system. Evaluate performance and design development plans with each employee.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
