Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in California. You will develop and lead the restaurant team, drive sales growth, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, and ensure profitability.

You will interview and hire, schedule staff, train managers and crew, monitor inventory and costs, and enforce safety and HR policies. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop talent.
• Excellent references and willingness to work weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow; manage labor costs to standard.
• Train managers and crew; evaluate performance and create development plans.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings; discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Preserve inventory; control costs; ensure accurate records and reports.
• Oversee building/equipment upkeep and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and compliance with HR and safety policies.
