Job summary

• Supervises and directs others and serves as backup to team members.
• Trains staff effectively and provides consistent feedback.
• Manages inventory, orders food and supplies, and rotates stock (FIFO).
• Manages crew schedules and labor costs.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed.
