HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or cluster, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, and team engagement. You will oversee staffing, operations, and guest experience while driving adherence to brand standards and safety.

Applicants should have 3+ years of P&L restaurant management and 5–7 years in similar roles, with strong leadership and process improvement skills. This role is on-site at Miami locations with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience.
• 5–7 years restaurant operations experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations with checklist adherence.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability while owning P&L.
• Hire, promote, and terminate associates; promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
• Onboard/offboard staff with proper badging and training.
• Monitor financial/operational data to meet unit goals.
• Coach staff and provide ongoing feedback on development goals.
• Implement marketing programs and coordinate with support teams.
