• Keep District Manager informed on hires, promotions and staffing changes.
• Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions.
• Maintain preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment.
• Attend scheduled meetings with District Manager on planning and training.
• Handle all required administrative paperwork.
