You will mentor a team, drive profitable operations, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and align daily work with DRG’s values. This leadership role requires proven restaurant experience and strong financial oversight.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance management while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain current health card in adherence with local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check.
