The role requires strong leadership, adherence to standards, and the ability to drive financial accountability across shifts and locations in Florida. This is a demanding, hands-on management position with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum Of Three Years’ Experience In Restaurant Operation.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to travel between company locations.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to align with Brand Vision and Promise.
• Directs talent selection, training, coaching to achieve People, Customer, Sales, Profit goals.
• Ensures compliance with company standards in product preparation, service, facilities, and safety.
• Maintains Open Door policy and accountability across the restaurant team.
• Oversees supervision of restaurant and station activities across shifts.
• Partners with HR to address employee relations and legal compliance.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to hit margins and growth targets.
• Travels between locations to support operations and attend meetings as needed.
