Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants in California and beyond. The General Manager role leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize profitability, and uphold DRG values through hiring, training, and culture building.

As a GM, you will manage daily operations, coach staff, ensure compliance and quality, and balance guest satisfaction with financial performance across shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain current health card per local/state requirements.

• Operational Excellence: create world-class operations, exceptional customer service, and strong financials.
• P&L Management: keep costs to a minimum to maximize profitability.
• Leadership: liaise between upper management and staff with an open-door policy.
• Training & Development: conduct ongoing training workshops and provide real-time feedback.
• Culture & Values: reinforce DRG's culture and promote inclusivity.
• Compliance: enforce adherence to policies, procedures and local regulations.
