Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants in California and beyond. We are seeking a General Manager to lead a team, drive profitability, ensure operational excellence and foster a strong, customer‑centric culture.

The GM will recruit, train, and mentor staff while upholding policy, quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires leadership, English fluency, ServSafe certification, and flexibility for a 45‑hour week with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
• Must read, speak and write in English
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background, and acceptable MVR

Responsibilities

• Team Development: identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals.
• Operational Excellence: strive for world-class operations including exceptional customer service and strong financials.
• P&L Management: maintain strong financial results and control costs for maximum profitability.
