Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant. You will mentor the team, drive operational excellence, manage P&L, and ensure an exceptional customer experience through strong leadership and ongoing training.

Role requires 2+ years in restaurant leadership, SERV Safe certification, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on profitability and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, speak and write in English.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership ability.
• Able to pass SERV Safe Certification and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a high-potential team to assume leadership roles.
• Drive world-class operations, customer service and quality food.
