Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in California. The GM will mentor the team, drive profitable operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and uphold brand standards.

You will lead recruitment, training, and performance development, manage P&L, and reinforce DRG values while maintaining compliance and a positive culture. The role is non-exempt with a typical 45-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• SERV Safe Certification required.
• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible scheduling.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check.

Responsabilités

• Identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals.
• Drive world-class operations with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain strong P&L results while controlling costs.
• Make sound decisions and liaise between upper management and team.
• Conduct ongoing training workshops and feedback.
• Reinforce DRG culture, inclusivity and recognition.
• Enforce adherence to policies, procedures and regulations.
