The GM will foster DRG's culture, ensure compliance, and lead daily activities to deliver strong financial results and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal eligibility to work in the US.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Pass SERV Safe certification and maintain health requirements.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clear background check and valid MVR where applicable.

• Oversee recruitment, training and development of staff.

• Manage P&L with focus on profitability and cost control.
