Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, parent of Marco's Pizza, seeks a General Manager in Olathe, KS to lead the team, uphold product quality, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will recruit, train, and develop staff and implement company policies across HR, operations, and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience is required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview store employees to embrace company values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and policies.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings.
