Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for a Marco's Pizza location to lead people, ensure top product quality and exceptional customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will recruit and train staff, set performance standards, and build a world-class operation.

You will oversee store operations, lead leadership teams, manage scheduling and payroll, and work to maintain store appearance and security. This role offers growth within a strong franchise organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant
• Source and interview store employees to hire aligns with company values
• Complete weekly and period inventory and ensure proper par levels
