The role requires leadership of up to 20 team members, willingness to relocate for expansion, and a commitment to sustaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume service environment.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing staff to uphold service standards.
• Track record of achieving store KPIs and cost controls.
• Willingness to relocate to support expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with management staff.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, payroll and benefits in collaboration with home office.
