Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for Marco’s Pizza to lead and develop people, ensuring top product quality and exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, control costs, and implement store Action Plans while coordinating with the home office.

The role requires leadership of up to 20 team members, willingness to relocate for expansion, and a commitment to sustaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume service environment.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing staff to uphold service standards.
• Track record of achieving store KPIs and cost controls.
• Willingness to relocate to support expansion plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with management staff.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, payroll and benefits in collaboration with home office.
