Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco’s Pizza locations in the Blue Springs area. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality product and exceptional customer service, while driving sales and managing costs.

This role requires hands-on leadership, staff recruitment, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. You will manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview store employees to embrace company values.
• Train team members on company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and Shift Leads.
