Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations, seeks a General Manager to lead and develop people, ensure product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, payroll, benefits and performance, and coordinate weekly KPIs and store actions to continuously improve the business.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs, store action plans, and overall store maintenance.
