Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead and develop people, ensure product quality, speed, and customer satisfaction at one of our Wichita-area locations.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, inventory, and weekly KPIs, while building a strong team and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop restaurant team to deliver quality product and service.
• Source and interview store employees aligned with company values.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and end-of-period inventories.
• Drive KPIs and cost controls; plan store action plans to improve the business.
