Job summary

Marco’s Pizza, part of Hoogland Restaurant Group, seeks a General Manager to lead and develop a team, ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs. The role is based in Tulsa, OK.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule, manage payroll and benefits, review performance, and partner with the home office on reporting to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build store sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, and train employees; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and inventory controls.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with marketing to grow the business.
