Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Source and interview store employees to uphold values.
• Train staff on processes, service, and policies.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, reviews and reporting.
• Plan leadership team meetings with managers in training.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee inventory parity, ordering, and weekly stock checks.
• Drive KPIs and marketing actions to improve business.
