Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco's Pizza locations to lead and develop a team, ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service. You will build sales, control costs, and oversee HR processes including scheduling, payroll, and benefits, while maintaining store standards.

The role includes planning leadership meetings, achieving weekly KPIs, and coordinating inventory and security procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure inventory management and timely ordering; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories.
• Manage KPIs, store action plans, and marketing to improve the business.
