Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for Marco's Pizza in Junction City, KS. Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional product quality and customer service, while driving sales and controlling costs.

You will manage HR duties, scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reporting to the home office, with a focus on training and policy adherence. Responsibilities include inventory control, vendor relations, and creating action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to execute high-quality food and customer service
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reporting to home office
• Monitor inventory, par levels, ordering, and weekly inventories
• Create and drive store action plans and weekly KPI targets
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and compliance with policies
