Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant/retail management with strong people leadership.
• Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans and mentor mid-level leaders to ensure readiness.
• Recognize performance, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Schedule staff for optimal service, coach on CHAMPS standards, lead rollouts.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and uphold Taco Bell’s standards and safety policies.
