Responsibilities

• Manage the activities and employees of a specific restaurant.
• Direct all subordinate staff and enforce accountability.
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, and discipline crew and shift managers.
• Supervise food preparation meeting brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean restaurant meeting standards.
• Follow cash procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Foster a safe working environment complying with policies.
• Perform admin duties: schedules, orders, inventory, food safety checks, maintenance requests.
