Job summary

FOURJAY LLC is seeking a General Manager for our Little Rock location. The General Manager will lead the restaurant operations, ensuring performance meets company goals related to food quality, service, and cleanliness.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a commitment to maintaining a positive dining environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business memos and documents.
• Ability to add, subtract, divide and use fractions, percentages, ratios.
• Driver’s License with a good driving record and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities and employees of a specific restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Ensure the restaurant is opened and closed on time.
• Perform admin duties including building employee schedules and counting inventory.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience

Good computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D.
