Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain high standards of food safety and guest service in Wellsburg, WV. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow sales and Fan satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and training ability, with a focus on consistent quality and positive guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of restaurant management experience with responsibility for profit and loss.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase average meal checks and fan visits.
• Train store management and crew on PRIDE systems and routines.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet demand across shifts and seasons.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards and ServSafe compliance.
• Lead local marketing promotions and store-level marketing initiatives.
